👉Strong written communication and tech-savvy documentation skills
👉Respectful, professional communication across all settings
👉A genuine passion for improving the lives of people with disability

This morning, our talented EcoCatering team hosted a private function, serving up a delicious morning tea that hit all the right notes. Guests relaxed in our cozy, welcoming space while enjoying their favourite hot beverages and soaking in the warm atmosphere.

🌿 A big shout out to Teagan and Pasquale, whose hospitality made everyone feel right at home. It was fantastic to see our training in action—creating memorable experiences with every plate and pour.

With our recent transition from EcoCafe now into a dedicated hospitality training facility for our EcoCatering Team at Shepparton Access — which was a huge leap forward for our social enterprise journey 🙌

With demand for our EcoCatering services continuing to grow, the timing couldn’t be better. Thanks to a recent cool room upgrade, our team now has the space and equipment needed to support this next chapter — empowering more participants with hands-on experience, life skills, and meaningful employment opportunities in the hospitality industry.

𝑬𝒄𝒐𝑪𝒂𝒇𝒆 𝑬𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒂 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆!

We’re excited to share an important update about 𝑬𝒄𝒐𝑪𝒂𝒇𝒆, one of
Shepparton Access’s valued social enterprises. From Monday 26th May 2025, Eco Café will no longer open to the public Monday to Friday.

Instead, it will become a dedicated hospitality training facility for people with disability, offering hands-on, accredited learning through the ACFE Learn Local Hospitality Pathway.
Participants will build skills in barista work, food preparation, customer service, money handling, and workplace safety—all within a real café environment. This change creates more inclusive, structured opportunities for all participants to grow in confidence and work readiness.

𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒚𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑷𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔
This transition is about more than just training—it’s about creating genuine opportunities
for the future. Through this model, our team will support each individual on their journey, mentoring participants to gain open employment in a variety of industries.
We’re proud to say we’ve already had great success helping participants transition into the workforce through these pathways.
