We’re back open as usual today and looking forward to welcoming some familiar, smiling faces!

Firstly, we’d like to apologise for our sudden closure on Saturday. We understand it may have been confusing, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience.

The reason behind our sudden closure was the passing of our beloved Nonno, Rocco Cucinotta. At the time, we weren’t in a position to share this publicly, and we appreciate your understanding.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out with kindness and support. It has meant so much to our family during this time🫂

We will be closed for one day in the coming weeks to celebrate his life. We’ll share this date as soon as it is confirmed so everyone has plenty of notice.

For now, we’re back open as usual, the coffee is on, the paninis are keeping us warm, and we look forward to welcoming you back through our doors❤️

BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT – ON A ROLL 🥪

A great local story behind Panini Mondo in Shepparton.

It opened in mid-November. After a gap year, Sienna worked with her dad to turn an idea for a classy Italian cafe into reality, with the shop built by him.

I stopped by recently and it was great to see it up and running.

Opening a business at just 20 is incredibly impressive and reflects the drive we see right across our region.
