*Springhill Corned Beef, our White Sauce (no store bought sauces here), real Mashed Potato and Fresh Vegetables

Beef Lasagne - made in house, including our tomato and bechemel sauces

Beef Rissoles, Mash, fresh Veg and Beef Gravy
*we make our own rissoles, with our own secret recipe, Veg supplied by our local Mcnamara's Fruit & Veg topped with a really great tasting Beef Gravy that just so happens to be Gluten free.

Salmon Patties, Mash and Veg with Lemon Caper Sauce
*we make these salmon Patties from scratch, we use our own bread crumbs, our own mash and our own light Sauce

Certified Organic Creamy Pesto Pasta with Bacon and Chicken Breast (steamed in-house), wrapped up in baby spinach, pesto, green peas and topped with cheeses.
