Hi everyone, we are back. Group training will be starting on Thursday the 16th, then continue every Monday and Thursday from 5:30- 6:30. Again if you are unwell stay home!! Hope to see you all back there. Cheers.

Attention all members, as of today the gym will be closed to everyone until further notice. This is a mandatory request from the Australian government. There are big fines for anyone who disregards this request. If you wish to discuss your membership you can contact me directly. I apologise for the inconvenience but the matter is out of my control. I appreciate your continued and loyal support, and hopefully this passes quickly. Thanks again.

Hi All,
For those who have not heard on the grape vine, as at tomorrow the 14/10/2019 we will no longer own the gym.
All equipment owned by Box-2b-Fit has been purchased by "Jollys Fitness Factory" (Jason Jolly).
We would like to thank all our clients that have supported us over the past 3 years and we wish Jason all the best in the future and I am sure knowing Jason he will take the gym to the next level.
I will still be involved with CHBC and hope to coach some future champions.

Hi all, today we will be outside the newsagents selling raffle tickets to support one of our members.
If you don't have tickets yet call down and say g'day and purchase your tickets.
Also a reminder raffle will be drawn on 14/10/2019 at 7pm at the gym in Goldie street.
We will have a sausage sizzle on this night starting at 6.30pm where you can purchase food and soft drinks.
