Our Head Chef
Richard began his culinary journey in the bustling kitchens of London, working at Claridge's alongside some of the world's most renowned chefs where he built the foundations of his craft.
He later moved to Sydney, Australia working for Justin Hemmes at Ivy before relocating to Perth. We are honoured to have had Richard working with us since 2011, and as a fundamental part of Rambla on Swan since its inception in 2015, dedicated to curating dishes inspired by the finest Western Australian produce.
