Beverly has joined forces with our friends at Lyre’s, the official campaign partner of Dry July to donate $1 from every Lyre’s cocktail sold this month to the Dry July Foundation in support of people affected by cancer.

A night of fire and soul.

On Monday we welcomed Chef Miguel Guerrero of ODA to the Beverly kitchen for our sold out Fuego Y Alma event.

A coming together of talent and technique, Miguel and Beverly Head Chef, David Ball, alongside their teams brought diners a one-off menu of authentic dishes hailing from various regions of Mexico.

Creative drinks parings including rare mezcals and bespoke Don Julio cocktails completed the experience, which forms part of Beverly’s Culinary Connect series.

Food might be sustenance, but for chef Miguel Guerrero, it’s about so much more.

Think shared memories of enjoying a meal around the table with loved ones, warm, comforting everyday food done well, and morsels with meaning that transcend place and time.

With an approach centered around using food as a vessel to share stories, Miguel celebrates the regions, traditions and flavours of Mexico in authentic ways, changing perceptions of what it means to enjoy the truest form of the cuisine along the way.
