Lemon cheesecake 🍋 🍰 As promised, this is the first week experiment! I never really made any raw cheesecake, because a lot of them just taste like cashew/macadamia cream cake, but I really miss the cheesecake texture( sorry I wasn’t born vegan 🌱) so here we are, tangy, creamy, think then it melts in your mouth 😉 I will put up recipe when baby falls asleep 😅
