‘Coffee with a Cop’ went off without a bang 🤠 Great to see our police and emergency responders getting together with the community for an informal chat

COFFEE WITH A COP

On Friday 15th May, 2026 Port Stephens Hunter Police hosted Coffee with a Cop supported by Billy T Cafe, Cowper Street, Stroud.
Police got to chat with locals, business owners, weekend campers and commuters passing through the township of Stroud. The community got to enjoy a free coffee while they chatted with police about their concerns they had within the town and just got to meet the local police and at the same time have a general chat about policing in 2026.
A huge thank you to Billy T Cafe for hosting such a successful morning.

From Friday afternoon, the vibes kick off with live entertainment and our much-loved Celebrity Camp Oven Cook-Off — where you can meet the artists, taste the creations and vote for your favourite!

Saturday keeps the energy rolling with the wood chopping expo, more live music, plenty of fun and a few crowd favourites — including the legendary Yabby Races and Op Shop Fashions on the Field.

And when the main stage wraps up… don’t go anywhere — the campfire singalong is where the magic really happens 🔥🎸

With activities running across the weekend and funds being raised for Do It For Dolly 💙, this is more than just an event — it’s a true country experience.
