We are seeking a Full Time Head Barista at our busy inner-city cafe in Subiaco. Staff Parking is secured and complimentary. Enjoy your weekends off. Must have a minimum of FIVE years experience leading a team in a busy, popular venue - if you have a management background and your barista skills need developing, I am more than happy to invest the time to teach and enhance your ability to produce consistently beautiful tasting coffee to compliment your contribution to operating the venue.
Louis Baxters is a popular venue opposite the Subiaco Train Station. Mornings are busy, our customers are a tight knit community of professionals and locals and they are extremely loyal to us. We push 40kg between Monday to Friday with just two staff on per shift. It's a wonderful space where you can become a part of the community here at Louis. We are a cashless venue, we pride ourselves on offering fast service but also with great attention to detail in pouring and perfecting coffee to our guests. We bake food onsite in the mornings such as Muffins and Slices, however the focus and skill is always on coffee. You must be well spoken, clean, organised and have experience maintaining inventory, ordering, troubleshooting the machines, opening and closing down venues all while putting our guests first and engaging with them in a social, friendly and a genuinely welcoming way.
