Get ready for an unforgettable night of music, memories and island-style fun as the Headland Golf Club transforms into Hawaii for The Big Screen Elvis Tribute Show Spectacular.

Award-winning Elvis Tribute Artist Doug Charles brings the magic of Elvis to life in a full tribute show featuring songs you know and love, stunning big-screen visuals, authentic costumes, powerful live vocals, audience interaction and plenty of Elvis charm.

This is much more than just a stage show—Doug regularly steps out into the audience so everyone can become part of the experience. Sing along to the hits, enjoy the fun up close, capture a few memorable photos and experience the excitement of an authentic Elvis tribute performance.

Throughout the evening there will also be Elvis-themed giveaways, adding even more fun to a night already packed with entertainment.

🌺 Hawaiian dress-up is completely optional... but it's all part of the fun! Pull out your favourite Hawaiian shirt, floral dress or lei and help create a colourful island party atmosphere.

A remarkable milestone was achieved yesterday as Josie Ryan secured her 21st Women’s Club Championship.

Displaying her trademark consistency and determination throughout the championship, Josie Ryan once again rose to the occasion to claim the prestigious title. Winning a Club Championship is a significant achievement; winning twenty-one is an extraordinary testament to her skill and dedication to the game. Her recorded score were 90.89.91 for a total of 270, to win from Kate Wilkie by 8 strokes.

In B Grade, Carol Quin played steady golf throughout the event and was a deserving winner of the B Grade Championship, with rounds of 95.105.98 – 298, to win from Robyn Boreham by 2 strokes.

Jenny Campbell produced a strong performance over the championship rounds to claim the C Grade Championship title. Jenny’s posted rounds of 110.113.108 – 331 to win by 5 strokes from Odette Day.

The Women’s Club Championship was again generously sponsored by Jodie McDonell from Century 21 on Duporth.

Today marks the end of an incredible chapter at Headland Golf Club as we say farewell to Alison on her final day after more than 18 years of dedicated service.

Over the years, Alison has been so much more than a valued team member. She has been a friendly face, a trusted colleague, and an important part of the Headland family. Through countless changes, busy days, special events, and memorable moments, Alison's commitment, hard work, and caring nature have left a lasting impact on our club, our members, and everyone who has had the pleasure of working alongside her.

While we are sad to see her go, we are incredibly grateful for everything she has given to the club throughout her time here.

We congratulate Alison on her retirement and wish her all the very best for this exciting new chapter. May it be filled with happiness, relaxation, and adventures.

Thank you, Alison, for 18 wonderful years. You will be greatly missed.
