Born & raised in the state of Kerala & beginning his culinary career in 2007, Chef Bibin learned & practiced his trade as a curry & Tandoori chef in a 4-star hotel environment in the South of India. Taking up a position as a chef in a 5-star hotel in Dubai in 2015, he spent the next 3 years perfecting his skills there and joined our team in January 2019. A dedicated husband & dad of two, he nominates one of our most popular menu items Masala Dosa as his favorite menu item to cook. The rest of our team thinks he makes the most delicious Biriyani too, yum...
