The kind of dish every Brazilian grew up waiting for on a Saturday.

Slow-cooked, rich and deeply flavoured our feijoada is made the traditional way, with the cuts of meat that actually matter, the black beans that take time to get right, and all the sides that make it a proper meal. Rice, farofa, couve and orange. Nothing missing.

This is the meal you don't rush. You sit, you eat, you go back for more.

A breakfast favourite from the north of Brazil, made fresh on the pan using cassava (yuca) flour naturally gluten-free and full of flavour.

We serve it with a variety of fillings:
