Do you prefer GLUTEN FREE foods? If so, have you tried baking goods with buckwheat FLOUR?
Buckwheat does not contain gluten, so for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerances, buckwheat flour is an excellent alternative.
Buckwheat is easy to incorporate into a healthy diet and can be made into any baked goods such as breads, slices, muffins, pancakes, and crepes.
Now who likes baking? I certainly do!
