🐢 Would you believe this is completely cake?

This sea turtle sculpture started as a block of cake and slowly transformed into an edible work of art. One handcrafted detail at a time. From sculpting and texturing to hand-painting every shell pattern, this was one of my most intricate creations yet.

Creating realistic cakes isn’t just baking, it’s storytelling through sugar.

A statement piece from every angle. 💜✨

This long table cake was designed to be more than just dessert, it was created to become part of the celebration. Delicate wafer paper textures, handcrafted sugar roses in beautiful purple hues, and seamless stacking came together to create one elegant centrepiece.

Every petal was made by hand, every detail carefully placed, and every section assembled with precision. The beauty is in the details. 🤍
