This Anzac Day, we'd like to thank those who serve, both past & present.
Our café has a special connection to Anzac Day, as it is named after one of Applejack Hospitality ’s co-founders’ grandmothers, Hester. Her husband, Keith 'Bopp' Evans, half of Bopp & Tone, served in the Royal British Navy (pictured throughout the board photographed). He was a Skipper of a Mine Sweeping Vessel in WWII, stationed in the Mediterranean.
Today, we look back and show our appreciation for those who have served, while also acknowledging the families that supported them. Lest We forget.
We will be closed until Monday the 27th and look forward to serving your morning coffees from 6:30am on Tuesday 28th.
