TKC (Toads Kitchen Cupboard) has been attending Warwick Farm Trackside Markets since 2011. Each week we strive to bring our customers awesome tasting goods such as smoked chicken and fish. Smoked Pork Belly Laksa.

A first for me and it certainly won't be the last.
The laksa was a store brought paste, with added TKC Orient Blaze & some home-grown limes. The pork belly was seasoned with our Moo.Cluck.Oink and smokey Chipotle, then cooked brisket style. Sliced thick, served with noodles, eggs, laksa and TKC Orient Blaze chilli oil.
It was a major slurp session!!! SOOO DAM GOOD!!

And just like that, its been a week since the last for 2026 which means its been a week since I "d**ged the gong" with the bloody awesome team from and .

To do this, was a HUGE highlight for me. The guys have been using TKC chimichurri on heatbeads wagon for a couple of years now and their support is huge. When said we want you to jump on and D**g the Gong I was like Hell Yeah!!
To Brett and all of the team, your support for small businesses like mine is bloody appreciated.

Its support at events like this, that keep us going and growing.
If you stopped by the wagon and tried our chimi or were there when I over aggressively d**g the gong😂, I hope you enjoyed our flavours👏🏻👏🏻

Homemade and grown, jalopeno poppers. These too got a dusting with Coffeeander.
My latest obsession, airfryer wings, for the win.

So I've been hanging to try a version of "Bachelors Handbag". I used his Greek Stlye recipe for the inspiration for this one. And as it was a training night for the fit people in my house🤣🤣, I bulked it out with some leftover cooked pasta.
The chimichurri was the perfect dressing.

Ripped up a Coles bbq chook and this went back into the bag, less the juice and stuffing. Added chopped, tomato, cucumber, red onion, capsicum, olives, feta and the pasta. Seasoned with TKC Souvi blend and a good dressing of chimichurri. Shake the bag hard, and BOOM easy, tasty midweek meal for the family.
