Just a few of the Herb & Spice collection i love working with.
**Note Herbs & Spices do lose their strong scent & potency if not stored correctly.
Keep out of sunlight.
Always use clean dry spoons to scoop desired amount & replace lid as soon as possible
To stop powdered Herbs & Spices from clumping add a few Rice Grains.

Our Gourmet Mediteranean Style Croutons are crispy & full of flavour.
The flavours transport you back to Europe,especially the memories of Italy the hot Foccacia f4om the oven with the local flavours from the Herbs.
Great sprinkled ontop of Ceasar Salads & soups, my favourite pick would be Pappa E Pomadoro. Literally Rustic Tomato Soup with chunks of stale bread. But we live using the Croutons instead.
But be warned they are moreish and i have been told by my customers that they get eaten as they are because they are so yummy.
