For two nights, .sydney and .sydney come together over charcoal.

Chef Chris and Chef bring two distinct approaches to fire: one grounded in Japanese robata, the other shaped by Nikkei and Latin American flavours. The result is a shared menu built around smoke, heat, and balance.

A 7-course set menu designed to move between both kitchens, with each dish shaped by technique rather than tradition alone.
