I want to let you all know what’s happening.
We’ve been instructed to cease using our wood-fired oven effective immediately.
For 12 years we’ve cooked with that fire without issue. We hold all council approvals and current fire safety certifications. It has always been operated responsibly and professionally.
Right now, that oven is the heart of our kitchen. Without it, we can’t operate the way PAZAR was built to.
So for the moment, we are temporarily closed while I work through a solution.
