The Northern Territory Mud Crab is one of the great Australian catches, celebrated for its sweet generous meat and gentle brine flavour 💙

We cook ours ‘til tender in a fragrant black pepper and curry leaf sauce, drawing out the crab’s natural sweetness and brine.

Tear off a piece of hot roti to mop up every bit of that sauce at the end!
