At Da Michele, our pizza is made with hand-stretched dough, classic toppings, a soft and foldable base. It’s never crispy, otherwise that’s not authentic Neapolitan!

We have used the same recipe for over 155 years, that’s how you know we make traditional pizza established in Napoli.

Our pizza special is made with agerola fiordilatte, lemon zest flavoured ricotta, mortadella, zucchini flower salad, yellow datterino tomatoes, and a drizzle of Primitivo reduction. Come in and give it a try!

Introducing Viva Italia, our Vivid lights transformation inspired by our Neapolitan history.

Located just behind Circular Quay, the pizzeria will light up in green, white and red all festival long as we celebrate our first Vivid in the city.
