Think tuna tostadas, loaded nacho fries, crispy prawn tacos and cheesy quesadillas, built for sharing (or not). Street corn ribs on the side, obviously.

Wash it down with spicy frozen margs, passionfruit margaritas, hot mango margys and ice-cold Palomas 🍹

Cinco just landed at The Pav! 🌮🌶️

We’ve turned the Beach Bar into a full Cantina pop-up 🌮 think icy spicy margs, Patron Palomas, hot mango margys and a menu built to share (or not… no judgement). Tuna tostadas, prawn tacos, loaded nacho fries… it’s giving long lunches that roll straight into sunset.

Running 4–10 May (today!). Ocean views, fiestas, salt on the rim, chilli in the mix.

We love seeing your happy faces on a weekend with a cocktail in hand and a late night boogie. 🪩
Saturday came around fast and we are expecting all-day views, fresh seafood, nachos, burgers and pizzas to share.
The Pav bar fam will be shaking cocktails from 11am, and our resident DJs will be spinning tunes from 3pm until veryyyy late. 🔥

We’re rolling from day into night with .0 on the late set, plus + bringing the tropical vibes to kick off our Two-Up after party from 5pm.

Start with a long lunch of prawns, loaded burgers, burrata pizzas and ramping into the arvo with a spritz🍹
