**We're Hiring!**

Happy Days Food Co is looking for a reliable, energetic team member to join us on **Wednesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM**. We possibly have availability for the Sunday as well.

**Duties include:**

* Washing dishes
* General kitchen cleaning
* Assisting with food preparation
* Serving customers
* Training in barista skills

We're looking for someone with plenty of energy—this is a busy, fast-paced role! You'll need to be hardworking, organised, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team. Experience is a bonus, but not essential, as we're happy to train the right person.

**This week’s Family Meal is one of our crowd favourites and perfect for these cooler nights 🤍**

For our main, we’re serving up a rich and creamy **Mac & Cheese** topped with slow-cooked **BBQ Brisket** — the ultimate comfort food combo.

For dessert, we’re keeping things warm and indulgent with a **Chocolate Steamed Pudding**, packed with pieces of caramel and served with **soft whipped cream** 🍫

✨ This week’s family meal is packed with flavour and made to make dinner easy.

We’re serving **baked sweet potatoes filled with a hearty vegetarian chilli con carne**, topped with sour cream — and **the its completely gluten free** 🌶️🥔

For dessert, we’re finishing with a **classic sour cherry pie  served with fresh ****cream Chantilly** 🍒🥧

This week we're taking inspiration from France for our family meal.

For our main we'll be doing chicken, leek and mushroom crêpes, served with a fresh fennel and orange salad.

Our vegetarian option will be pumpkin, cheese and spinach crêpes, also served with the fennel and orange salad.

For dessert we're making a classic banoffee pie with a buttery biscuit base, homemade caramel, fresh bananas and whipped cream.

Orders must be in by 8pm Tuesday for Friday or Saturday pickup.

After 3 years of family meals, I think I've finally hit a wall! 😅

We've cooked our way around the world, through every season, and served up hundreds of mains and desserts along the way. Now I'd love to hear from you.
