BANANA BREAD TWICE BAKED
filled with oatmeal frangipane, banana jam, and baked till golden. Topped with maple cream and banana bread chunks.

RHUBARD RICE PUDDING DANISH
illed with vanilla rice pudding, baked almond sponge, rhubard compote. Topped with orange cream and strawberries rhubarb.

PESTO BOCCONCINI DANISH
filled pesto and cherry tomatoes and baked till golden brown. Finished off with fresh bocconcini cheese and fresh basil.

Pear-fectly delicate, with a jasmine and osmanthus twist.

Introducing November’s special - Jasmine Nashi Pear Choux: filled with silk fermented rice diplomat cream and Nashi pear and osmanthus compote. Topped with a cloud of jasmine tea and coconut montée cream, fresh Nashi pear and a translucent coconut water and osmanthus veil.

PUMPKIN PIE DANISH
filled with roasted japanese pumpkin layered with pumpkin pie filling and pumpkin crème, finished with mascarpone cream and a biscoff crumble.

COFFEE AND DATE DANISH
twice baked with chocolate frangipane + sticky date jam, then topped with roasted coffee montée cream and a cocoa nib crumble.

MEDITERRANEAN BREAKFAST DANISH
layered with sweet caramelised onion, creamy chickpea hummus, tzatziki and boiled egg, finished with our spicy raisin sauce, crispy chickpeas and fresh dill.
