ALOO CHOP (V, GF)
This snack is made out of boiled potatoes and various spices. "Aloo" means potato, and the word "chop" means a small cutlet fritters or croquette. It is served hot and warm along with puffed rice, green chilies, and sometimes sauce and salads in most of the places in Nepal.
