Good Morning Everyone. As many of you may have discovered we have closed the doors at Aubigny Country Kitchen. Mark's health has not been the best for some time now. He has increasing issues with Arthritis and other health issues which have taken their toll mainly as a result of the long hours that he puts into the business. I'm sure you can appreciate that I (his wife) and the rest of his family much prefer to have him working his way back to better health than to continue his current daily battles.
Our Toowoomba customers may see some big changes to our 'shop' in the near future, I believe the building will be gutted to allow for any new potential customers to take on the space.
To our market customers thankyou for your patronage you have given us and the many people who have shown concern regarding Mark's health. We do intend to go visit the markets to say hi to all those people we never had a chance to tell what was happening.
Thankyou to our valued customers we were getting to know over the last few weeks/month at the shop.
There is so much more I could write but I will leave it there. Thankyou again from Mark and Bonnie

Another post for you to read, sorry no photos to accompany, sorry!
In the shop we now have sandwich both fresh and toasted. Our Kransky Rolls have been well received. The mini pizzas have returned. Quiche are now available each day. The slices are available each day, chocolates and lollies are also proving popular!

Lots happening this week and I left the tablet at home so I can't give you photos to go with my updates. Firstly the new menus are being printed most Pizzas go up a dollar tomorrow. The pizza menu has all our new pizzas on it. We will have a burger menu, again, all burgers will be on that menu. We are looking at reducing the pie menu on our online ordering sites, that will be finalised this week. People who order our garlic bread will have seen our changes in the last week.

I just slipped out the front and took a couple of pics. Plenty of parking available out there. No pedestrian crossing anymore they painted it over and took away the sign a couple of days ago.
