Did you know it was this easy to find recipes?

This week I found 3 bags of frozen peas in my freezer. I was determined that they would be used.

I searched peas in Cookidoo and found Pea and Lettuce Soup from Dani Valents Entertaining Cookbook.

I used it as inspiration and served up a delicious Pea and Spinach Soup with a fried egg on top.

Such a cheap, fast and delicious meal!

Now to use 2 more bags of peas.

What's your favourite cake that is delicious but healthy enough for breakfast, cheap and fast?

This is a favorite I shared on another page and it was given great reviews.

The steps aren't Thermomix so are long, but I just throw everything in and blend well. Don't worry about squeezing out the zuchinni.

Great for using up vegies, can use brocolli, dates as alternatives too.

And for anyone egg free, apparently flax eggs work well.

Tandoori Paste is one of my favourite fridge staples to make. It is super fast and so tasty.
Simply blend the ingredients together.

Some favorite uses in our kitchen
* mix with honey and baste chicken pieces and roast
* Fast vegetable curry. mix 400g coconut cream, 2 tablespoons arrowroot and 2 tablespoons of tandoori paste on speed 5 for 5 seconds. Add diced vegetables eg capsium, celery, brocolli, carrot and cauliflower and cook 20 minutes, reverse speed 1. Delicious as a main or a side dish, could add cubed chicken.
* Tandoori Risotto, replace vegetable stock concentrate with Tandoori paste and extra salt to taste
* Use in any recipe instead of tomato paste to add extra flavour
