A Bittersweet Farewell… This week marks the end of a chapter for our little café. After many cups of coffee, countless conversations and beautiful memories shared, we’ll be closing our doors on Wednesday.

To our incredible team, thank you for your heart and the magic you brought to this space every day.

To our amazing customers, thank you for your loyalty, your smiles, and for making our café feel like home. We’ve loved being part of your mornings, your catch-ups and your celebrations.

Come by for one last brew, we’d love to see you before we say goodbye 💛

We are very excited to welcome the newest member of our team, Dean, as he embarks on a school- based apprenticeship to become a Chef and a special shout-out to Leah from Baringa School who has been very supportive of Dean.

🌟👨‍🍳 Congratulations to our year 12 student, Dean Mifsud, who has signed into an SBAT (School Based Apprenticeship/Traineeship) supported by Head Start. Dean will undertake Certificate III in Commercial Cookery as part of the apprenticeship whilst working with Polly Baker (Café) and remaining at school part time. Thank you to Polly Baker for giving Dean his career "Head Start".

We are so proud of you Dean and we can’t wait to see (and taste 😉 🍰) all that you accomplish 🌟👨‍🍳
