Hospo friends this is your chance to wander through, ask questions, and get a feel for what’s available before it goes.

Just come by, take a look, and see what catches your eye.

What a pleasure to end this journey on a high note. Such a fun last night. So many hugs. So many good-egg, kind hearted, hilarious, marvellous human beings.

April has been a month of delicious good times. Having so many familiar faces come through lately has been awesome. Like hosting magnificent dinner parties for our mates - which is really what a restaurant is.

A restaurant is only as good as its people. So the biggest thank you of all is to every single legend who has ever done a shift with us. Thank you for realising the dream with us.

For the next little while we’ll be packing down and trying to sell some furniture and equipment. 🍽️🤍

Monday April 27th 2026. Anzac Day public holiday in lieu. Sure, but it’s also Ooze & Tang’s second to last service. Tomorrow night will be mental and emotional, so book in for tonight. It’ll be lovely.

Advance online bookings very much recommended. We will have room for walk-ins outdoors at any time if the weather clears up. Room for walk-ins indoors after around 7:30-8pm.
