Wholefood cooking focusing on supporting regional producers and providing organic produce where possible. From the tomato sauce to the flavours for the milkshakes. No chemicals, flavours or preservatives. We try use organic ingredients where possible as well as our meats are all grassfed. A couple of our products are sourced from local artisan bakers. At this moment we have 3 items on the menu wit

h gluten - organic fermented sourdough, raisin toast and puff for the snapper pie. Otherwise everything else is gluten free. We dont serve traditional coca cola but do serve a natural cola fizzy drink from Emma and Toms. What we serve you and what we do in the restaurant is what we do in our home.

Our exclusive set menu features delicate, buttery half-shell baked scallops and comforting roast lamb rump with sweet caramelized shallots. To finish the feast, we are keeping things sweet with a beautiful daily surprise for dessert.

While it is easy to get wrong, when salt and pepper squid is done RIGHT, it is absolutely unmatched. Our kitchen team takes pride in nailing the balance every single time.
