HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the woman who somehow runs a café, bosses us around, causes absolute chaos, and still looks fabulous doing it 🎉☕️

Loud? Yes.
Energetic? Painfully.
Slightly inappropriate? HR stopped trying years ago.

From dancing behind the coffee machine, to yelling across the café like it’s a construction site, to “taste-testing” coffee all day — there’s truly nobody else like you.

Thanks for keeping the vibes high, the standards questionable, and the coffees strong. The café wouldn’t be the same without your big personality, dirty jokes, and ability to make every shift feel like a weird little family reunion.

We love you (even when you’re terrifying before your first coffee).

House cooked corned beef, sauerkraut, sweet pickles, seeded mustard, aioli and gooey gouda cheese on toasted sourdough.
