It’s the perfect excuse to slow down and savour the moment. Whether you’re warming up with a rich, velvety red, sipping a crisp white, or celebrating with a glass of sparkling, we have the perfect pour waiting for you.

We love working with local producers, and this 3 Pin Lamb Rack from Maranoa Lambs is one of our winter stars. From farm to fork, it's been carefully cared for and curated, and it shows in every bite.

Cooked medium, finished with sweet potato mash, confit garlic, and a black cherry and pepper berry jus. A glass of Cork Cutters Merlot alongside it doesn't hurt either.

A change of tune for Saturday 18th of July: Electro Swiggety Solo Artist aka Tara Trumpet brings trumpet and vocals to Rupert's for our Jumpers & Jazz dining night.

Executive Chef Cass Ford and her team will be serving the à la carte menu (minimum two courses per person) while Tara fills the dining room. Winter dishes, a proper wine list, and live jazz to kick start the Jumpers and Jazz in July festival week.

We know it's been a week, right?! Thankfully it's Friday, and that equals a very good excuse to come in for Drinks on Dusk from 5pm.

Settle into the lounge with something from the cocktail list and a serve of Maranoa lamb ribs: sticky, slow-cooked, and known to warm the soul so thoroughly you accidentally stay for dinner. We won't say a word.

There is something quietly magical about Warwick in late July. The streets fill with colour against the cold, and the whole town leans into winter rather than waiting it out.

As Jumpers and Jazz in July returns from July 16 to 26, the festival invites a slow wander. Explore the Yarntopian's incredible 'Submerged' installation, admire the Warwick Art Gallery Tree Jumper exhibition, and watch the downtown businesses get into the swing of things with beautifully dressed shop windows.

After taking it all in, join us at Rupert's to warm up and keep the celebration going. We are hosting some fantastic events of our own, including an evening with Electro Swiggity on July 18th. Solo artist Tara Neilsen, an accomplished saxophonist and vocalist, will keep you entertained while you enjoy a beautiful à la carte menu crafted by Head Chef Cass Ford and her team.

There’s a quiet kind of romance to a cold winter evening when you’re tucked into a cozy corner at Rupert’s.

Pouring by the glass is the Tomfoolery Pinot Grigio from the Adelaide Hills. With just a hint of blush, it opens with the inviting aromas of poached pears and frangipane tart. On the palate, it’s soft and juicy...bringing notes of nashi pear, lime juice, and blanched almonds, all balanced by a beautifully refreshing acidity.
