We asked our staff to rate our own dishes 1-10. The winner? 11 out of 10.

Amok Trey — a silky, slow-cooked fish curry steamed in banana leaf, made from scratch with fragrant lemongrass kroeung, creamy coconut, and kaffir lime. Served with warm roti or fluffy jasmine rice.

This is our family recipe. Come hungry.

Thursday night calls for something special. Our Lemongrass & Lime Mojito — fresh lemongrass, muddled lime, mint, and a splash of rum. It pairs with everything on the menu, from fish amok to our grilled skewers. Pull up a chair, order one, and let Thursday feel like the weekend started early. Ask your server tonight.

Ever wondered what makes our pepper dipping sauce so special? It starts with Kampot pepper — Cambodia's most prized export, grown in the coastal hills and hand-picked by farming families. This is the ingredient that ties everything together at Angkor Flavours. Save this one and share it with someone who loves learning about food origins.

Our day starts long before the doors open. We're at the markets at 5 AM every morning to ensure only the freshest ingredients make it to your table. From scratch, with love, every single day. We can't wait to serve you tonight at 389 Spencer Street.

This is the dish that built Angkor Flavours. Beef Lok Lak. "Lok Lak" means shaking — tender beef tossed in a screaming hot wok until caramelised and smoky. Topped with a crispy fried egg, fresh lettuce, ripe tomato, and our Kampot pepper dipping sauce.
Every single table orders this. Every. Single. One.

Remember the first time you walked in here? That moment when the smell of lemongrass and kroeung hit you, and you knew this place was different. If you haven't experienced it yet — this weekend is your sign. Pull up a chair, come hungry.

This is the drink that keeps people at the bar longer than they planned. Our Palm Sugar Old Fashioned uses real Cambodian palm sugar — slow-dissolved, stirred over hand-cut ice, finished with a twist. It’s sweet, smoky, and made to go with everything on the menu. Come thirsty tonight.

Ever wondered why we’re called Angkor Flavours? Angkor Wat is the greatest temple ever built — and the soul of Cambodia. When Neri opened this restaurant, she named it after the place that made her who she is, so that every meal here carries a little piece of home. Come in, pull up a chair, and let us share our culture with you.
