I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your support. We were absolutely overwhelmed by the number of people who came to see us, and we truly appreciate every single one of you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while waiting for your meals. We cook everything fresh over charcoal, so good food takes a little time, but we promise it’s worth the wait!

We’re still settling in and getting everything organised, and we’ll keep improving every week. I genuinely love what I do, and I do it from the bottom of my heart. Your support means more to us than you could ever imagine.

Wow… what an incredible first week! ❤️

We were completely overwhelmed by the love and support you showed us. Thank you to every single person who came to visit us. We honestly can’t thank you enough.

This isn’t just about running a business. It’s about bringing our passion for authentic South American charcoal barbecue back to our community. We missed this so much. I never gave up on this dream because it’s something that’s always been in my heart. Age doesn’t matter. When you truly love what you do, you keep going, and that’s exactly what we’re doing.

Last week everything sold out, so if you’ve been waiting to try these traditional favourites, don’t miss out!

Please remember that authentic cuts like chinchulines, molleja and other achuras take time to cook properly over charcoal. Everything is prepared fresh, marinated with fresh herbs, olive oil and lots of love. If we need to start a new batch, waiting times can be over an hour depending on how busy we are. We promise it’s worth the wait!
