ery outlet quickly expanded into a custom-built factory at William Bay — a destination now known far and wide as a must-visit tourist attraction. Alongside our famous toffees, we introduced A Bit on the Side sauces and preserves, gourmet creations first retailed at our restaurant, The Observatory, and now enjoyed across Australia and beyond, with exports reaching Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore. In 2008, inspired by global trends and a love of innovation, we doubled the size of our factory to craft Elephant Rocks Cider — a playful nod to the iconic William Bay coastline. Most recently, we proudly launched The Right Distillery, our newest chapter in artisanal craft beverages. Building on our heritage of creativity and quality, the distillery produces small-batch spirits that celebrate local ingredients and the character of Denmark. With a focus on authenticity and innovation, The Right Distillery adds a bold new dimension to our family of brands, offering visitors and wholesale partners another taste of William Bay’s unique spirit. Today, the good food factory welcomes thousands of visitors each year to experience our cellar door, taste our award-winning creations, and take home a piece of Denmark’s flavour. Our products are proudly stocked in boutique beer and wine cellars, restaurants, and bars across the country, while our medals from fine wine, cider, beer, and now spirits shows continue to affirm our commitment to quality.
