Dear our valued customers,
We would like to sincerely apologise to all our customers who have visited us over the past two weekends and into this week, only to find us temporarily closed or unable to operate smoothly as usual.
We truly understand how disappointing this must have been, and we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused.
First of all, we want to sincerely thank our local community, loyal customers, and all the families and groups who have made the effort to visit us, especially those travelling from a distance. Your support and love mean everything to us, and itโs the reason weโve been growing so quickly.
As many of you know, our cafรฉ is located in a heritage building, and all of our operations rely 100% on electricity.
At the moment, the venueโs power system has some limitations, and during busy periods it can occasionally overload and shut down as a safety measure. When this happens, we are sometimes unable to resume service straight away.
Please know that we are actively working with experienced electricians and the landlord to find the best possible solution and upgrade our electrical capacity as soon as possible. This is our top priority, and we are pushing hard to resolve it.
In the meantime, we kindly ask for your understanding if:
