Drive Thru Barista – Join Our Team
We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Drive Thru Barista to join our fast-paced coffee team. If you love great coffee, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a busy environment, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Drive Thru Barista, you’ll be the friendly face customers see each day. You’ll prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, take orders accurately, and provide fast, welcoming service while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and cold beverages to a high standard
Take customer orders and process payments accurately
Deliver fast and friendly drive thru service
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
Work collaboratively with the team during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Barista experience preferred, but training can be provided
Availability for early mornings Monday to Friday
