The Chicken Roast I make is everyone’s favorite đŸĨ° So today I’m sharing with you the recipe of this wedding-style Chicken Roast 👉

First, prepare a good amount of fried onions (beresta). Then, in the same oil, fry the chicken. Before frying, lightly coat the chicken with a little turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Fry it just enough so it becomes slightly golden.

Next, remove the chicken and add some more oil along with a little ghee to the pan. SautÊ cinnamon and cardamom in it, then add sliced onions. Once the onions soften, add a paste made with almonds, raisins, green chilies, and onions, and fry it for a while. Then add chili powder, roast masala, and tomato ketchup, and cook well. When it’s nicely mixed, add beaten yogurt.

Now add the chicken. Then add the previously prepared beresta, a little sugar, and some green chilies. Cook everything together, and then pour about two cups of warm milk. Cover and let the chicken cook properly.

Finally, just before removing from the heat, add a few drops of kewra water 💛

Today I made hot and creamy Butter Chicken 🍛🤍

First, I marinated the chicken pieces with yogurt, salt, chili powder, and lemon juice. Then I shallow fried them in a little oil. I also used a small trick — I gave the chicken a smoky flavor with coal, and it turned out amazing!

Next, I sautÊed onion and cashew nuts in butter and oil. Into this, I added tomato purÊe. Then I seasoned it with a little salt and chili powder and let it cook for a while. Here, I used Kashmiri red chili powder — it gives a beautiful color to the butter chicken.

Once the gravy cooled down, I blended it into a smooth purÊe. I put that purÊe back into butter, let it simmer lightly, then added cream. Finally, I mixed in the chicken pieces and cooked a little longer.

To finish, I topped it with a swirl of cream — and just like that, restaurant-style Butter Chicken was ready.

The joy of having this Butter Chicken with naan or polao is simply unmatched! đŸĨ°

Mom’s Special Momo with Chili Oil đŸĨŸ

Today I made some soft and juicy momos with my special chili oil, and I thought I’d share the recipe with you all so you can try it at home too. 😋

For the dough:
I took 1ÂŊ cups of all-purpose flour, added a little salt, and then poured in about ÂŊ cup of really hot water. Mix it with a spoon first (so you don’t burn your hands!) and then knead it well until you get a nice, smooth dough. Let it rest while we make the filling.

For the filling:
I blended one chicken breast and mixed in just a tiny bit of finely chopped cabbage, a little garlic and ginger paste, some salt, a splash of soy sauce, and a bit of lemon zest (grated lemon skin — trust me, it adds such a fresh flavor!).
Here’s my little secret — I poured some hot oil over the filling and mixed it well. This makes the filling extra juicy and flavorful.

For the chili oil:
I took some chili flakes, added minced garlic, sesame seeds, a pinch of sugar, and a little soy sauce. Then I poured hot oil over it — the sizzling sound and smell are heavenly!

To make the momos:
Roll out the dough, put a spoonful of filling inside, fold and seal them nicely, and then steam until cooked through. Serve with the chili oil drizzled generously on top.

Ramadan Mubarak everyone 😇

Here's a simple Gulab Jamun recipe that you can enjoy in iftar 😋

Ingredients 👉
1 cup milk powder
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 table spoon ghee
1/2 tea spoon baking powder
1/2 table spoon flour

First, take a cup of milk powder. Add 1/2 table spoon flour and 1/2 tea spoon baking powder. Mix them well and combine a tablespoon of ghee with the mixture. It should have a texture like wet sand.

Then in another bowl, beat an egg properly and add it to the previous mixture. Combine them and form a soft dough. Take small portions from the dough and make round balls. Fry them until golden brown.

In the meantime, prepare a sugar syrup. For that, heat up 11/2 cup sugar with 11/2cup water. When it thickens put the fried balls into the syrup and your Gulab Jamun is ready!

Serve it with some crushed nuts and enjoy! â¤ī¸
