গরমে দই খাওয়ার উপকারিতা

গরমে পেট ঠাণ্ডা রাখতে দইয়ের জুড়ি নেই। এ ছাড়া দইয়ের রয়েছে আরও অনেক স্বাস্থ্য উপকারিতা।

আর গরমে পেট ঠাণ্ডা রাখতে দই খেতে পারেন। দই ল্যাক্টোব্যাসিলাস ভালো ব্যাক্টেরিয়াকে উদ্দীপিত করে। দইয়ের রয়েছে আরও অনেক স্বাস্থ্য উপকারিতা।

আসুন জেনে নিই দইয়ের স্বাস্থ্য উপকারিতা–

১. গরমে পেট ঠাণ্ডা রাখে দই এবং পেট পরিষ্কার থাকে। এ ছাড়া দইয়ের ক্যালসিয়াম কোলনের কোষগুলো অস্বাভাবিক বৃদ্ধি রোধ করে। অন্ত্রেও উপকারী ব্যাক্টেরিয়া নিঃসরণ করে। কোলাইটিস রোগে দই খুবই উপকারী।

২. দইয়ের ব্যাক্টেরিয়া শরীরে ক্যালসিয়াম, ভিটামিন বি কমপ্লেক্স অ্যাবজর্ব করতে সাহায্য করে। ভিটামিন বি-১২ রক্তকোষ গঠনে সাহায্য করে।

৩. দইয়ে রয়েছে প্রাণিজ প্রোটিন। দইয়ে পাবেন অত্যাবশ্যক অ্যামিনো অ্যাসিড। দুধের প্রোটিন থেকে দইয়ের প্রোটিন সহজে হজম হয়।

৪. শিশু ও বয়স্কদের জন্য দই খাওয়া উপকারী। দই রক্তে কোলেস্টেরল কমাতে সাহায্য করে ও পেটের গ্যাস কমায়। এ ছাড়া ডায়রিয়া ও কনস্টিপেশনের সমস্যা কমায়।

৫. দইয়ে ক্যালোরি, ফ্যাট, কোলেস্টেরল কম। তাই গরমে খেতে পারেন দইয়ের ঘোল, রায়তা।

৬. এই গরমে শরীর সুস্থ রাখতে নিয়মিত দই খেতে পারেন। দই প্রেমাচিওর এজিং, জন্ডিস, হেপাটাইটিস রোধ করে।
