Barbiet wordt afgebroken en het volgende verhaal mag beginnen 🎉
Binnenkort een locatie in Gent-centrum voor .klaas.gent brood, met een heerlijk koffietje erbij.

Dit was het dan... Bedankt iedereen voor de waardevolle 3 jaar ❤️

Het volgende hoofdstuk begint. Christophe stapt mee in het atelier van .klaas.gent en vanaf begin 2020 kunnen jullie heerlijk desembrood en gebak kopen in Baudelostraat 3! Een warme kop koffie en limonades kunnen jullie ook nog krijgen.

Small reminder that it’s the last 4 weeks of .gent everrrrr!

This week’s lunch:
* sicilian pumpkin stew with olives, raisins, chickpeas, pear couscous, almonds...
* taco’s with roasted cauliflower, refried black beans, guacamole, pickled red cabbage and salsa verde

Tomorrow last chance to get your hands on our weekly lunch menu:
- dosa (indian pancake made of fermented rice and lentils) filled with (sweet) potato, carrot and fresh herbs w/ yoghurt and mango chutney 🥕
- mushroom and tomato curry served with rice, lime and cilantro🍅

Juice of the week is with carrot, yellow beet, pineapple and galanga 🍍

We moeten jullie iets vertellen...

Zaterdag 2 november wordt de laatste dag van Barbiet zoals jullie het nu kennen. Na 3 jaar alles te geven zijn we klaar voor een nieuw hoofdstuk. Geen zorgen, we zijn bezig aan een heel tof nieuw project en we blijven in ons prachtig pand in de Baudelostraat.

Binnenkort meer nieuws hierover.

Kom dus vanaf nu mee genieten van de laatste weken Barbiet en neem mee met ons afscheid op 2 november 🥳

Lunch this week:
🍆 aubergine chermoula with quinoa salad, yoghurt and almond flakes
🌮 taco’s with crispy oyster mushroom (🤤), pickled carrot and daikon, avocado, red cabbage and salsa verde.
