We love our terrace, and if the weather looks even remotely good at 18:00, we take the risk and open it up because we know how much you love eating outside. But we can’t beat Belgian weather.
When our team gets the feeling that rain is coming and asks you to move inside, it’s to prevent the exact mess you see in this video. Leaving it to the last second results in soaked food, stressed staff, and ruined evenings. Because moving 100 people inside at the same time is impossible for a good service.
Sometimes we’re right, sometimes we’re wrong. But in all ways, our staff is just trying to do the best as possible.
