The New Duff began with family, a home kitchen and the determination to turn one of our most treasured traditions into something that could be shared with the world.

Today, every duff we steam represents the hands that raised us, the recipes passed down to us and the Bahamian spirit that continues to push us forward.

This Independence Day, let's celebrate the people shaping the next chapter of The Bahamas - our creatives, entrepreneurs, storytellers and dreamers.
