Is anyone interested in Bún Bò Huế? I made a pot of this soup today, honestly just for myself lol 😂 but I decided to make a little more the usually.

Bún Bò Huế is a spicy Vietnamese noodle soup that is absolutely one of the best noodle soups in the world. It’s in a lemongrass spicy broth, served with vermicelli noodles, pork meatballs, beef shank, sliced beef and all the veggie fixings.
