Welcome; My Name is Chef Tiekme.

Over the past 35 years I have been a self-taught Chef, which has also luckily had the chance to have bin trained with a top executive chef that has been on the Food Network, today! And was assigned to run their 5-star kitchen, knowing that they had to be away on a business trip, and/or abroad for long periods of time whether it been for business, conferences, testing, and updating, to been shown i

n the end of any changes that the kitchen has to implement, due to it coming from the CCF (Canadian Culinary Federation) or Ministry of health and safety. Starting out working at McDonald's and was, quickly moved up to management in the eighty’s (80s) within months. When I Left McDonald’s, I was hired to work at a 5-star food establishment, as the Commis Chef so I can learn how the executive chef runs the kitchen and everyday kitchen operations, so I could run the kitchen just as he did and the staff on my own at times. Once the establishment closed, I continued to experiment and take some classes in the culinary world, worked part time at a few Italian 4 or 5 star restaurants, and pizza places, to only end up a couple of months later as a full time Chef de parties at JJ Mugs, at the Eaton Centre that has close and gone out of business since then, to only be hired on about a year, or two later to work full time at The Skydome (aka Rogers Centre) at the Hard Rock café for years as one of the Sous-Chefs, until I moved to Jamaica, for about a year or so. Since then, I have moved back to Canada years ago. Gone to college, learned at the time what was popular; Web Graphics/designs along with computer sciences or also known as IT work in this current day and age, and only worked in few other fields of interest. I also tried to start my own web graphics business, to only end up going back to my passion and love for food along with the parent industry that comes with it; with that being the culinary world. Now I’m taking all that I have learned over the years as a chef and am pouring it in to my love of cooking or baking so that I can share it with the people, taking me back to what I loved to do, by being a chef, but this time around it's my own culinary establishment that is out of my personal home that offers customers, handmade fresh made meals, combos, or dishes, along with a catering service with using fresh ingredient, to see if it will all go as I hopefully planned. So, I could move a few more steps closer to my overall goal and give me the ability to continue, experimenting with foods, bake goods, Desserts and host my YouTube show “NOW LET’S COOK AND ENJOY”, that would be aired every week and to create my own line of products like, spices, jar goods and so much more.

What’s My Dream Goal? "TO OWN A FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT CHAIN"

My, Dream is to one day have my very own one-of-a-kind fast-food chain, were any meal and dishes are always fresh with quality ingredients. So, foodies and hungry families will walk away with a smile, knowing that they just ate healthy, and it was fresh. Not like the other fast-food chains we know. All my food will be prepared fresh with every order, and so the customers can even see it being prepared in front of their very eyes, every time they walk through the doors. Currently I am looking into developing one of my dreams, but it's still a long way off. As I am still looking for backers or investors that are interested and reach the overall requirements for my “Fully Loaded Burgers & Grill” fast-food chain concept.
