Meet our new Executive Chef Davide Manoni!
Originally from the beautiful coastal city of Senigallia in Italy’s Marche region, Executive Chef Davide Manoni brings his passion for authentic Italian cuisine to IL FORNELLO Restaurants. After moving to Toronto in 2018, he worked in some of Canada’s best Italian restaurants, honing his craft and deepening his appreciation for traditional flavours and techniques. Davide has dedicated himself to sharing the rich flavours and traditions of his homeland, with a special love for crafting exceptional fresh pasta dishes and wood oven baked pizza.
Inspired by simple, high-quality ingredients and classic Italian techniques, Chef Davide’s cooking celebrates the warmth, generosity, and authenticity that define Italian dining.
