House Spaghetti Bolognese
Our signature rich meat sauce, slow-cooked the old-school way. Infused with a full-bodied red wine and braised over several hours to achieve an incredibly tender, savory depth. Tossed with spaghetti and finished with aged Parmigiano-Reggiano.
