🎄 Holiday Hours Announcement 🎄
To allow our kitchen and front-of-house team to enjoy some well-deserved time with their friends, family, and loved ones, we will be closed for a couple of days over the holidays. But don’t fret! We’ll be back to serve you on December 27, 28, and again on New Year’s Eve with three special dining times.

We are looking for a new member of The Globe and Rosemont Kitchen Team

Requirements
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook is required
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- High standards of cleanliness and consistency, adhering to industry best practices
- Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 10pm
Responsibilities
-Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
-Prepare food for service
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
-Maintain Clean up station and kitchen along with rest of team
-Stock inventory appropriately
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
-Maintain standards of kitchen cleanliness and organization
-Maintain Standards of food production and packaging
