Spring Awakening: Yoga on the Patio 🪷
As winter fades and the waterfalls begin to roar again, join us for a gentle reset of body and mind on our patio overlooking the Almonte falls.
✨ What to Expect:
• 40-minute all-levels yoga flow led by our very own certified instructor Lynne Egan
• A guided meditation to ground, restore, and set intentions for the season ahead
• The peaceful sounds of rushing water and birdsong as your backdrop
• A relaxed, community-focused atmosphere — no pressure, just presence
• Please bring your mat, water and dress according to the weather
☀️ After Yoga:
Stick around and treat yourself — light breakfast options will be available for purchase following the session. Sip, savour, and soak up the spring sunshine with friends old and new.

• 8-week offering (April 8,15,22,29 May 6,13,20,27)
• Wednesdays at 9:30 AM
• Upper patio (weather permitting / indoors if needed)
