Last night, We were closing up and then a guy came running toward us.

For a second, we thought it was a last minute order.

But he stopped, caught his breath, and shouted:
“That was the best burger I’ve ever had!”

And just like that… our whole day changed.

We’re still thinking about it.

Moments like these are exactly why we love Antigonish.
It’s not the biggest place. It doesn’t have everything. No massive malls, no endless nightlife, no water parks.

We came here from a city of over 10 million people.
We’ve been to Toronto. We’ve seen the big, busy, fast-paced life.

But we chose to stay.

Because what Antigonish has… you can’t replicate.

People who show up.
People who care.
People who take a moment to run back and make someone else’s day.

Good people.
Great people.
A real community.
