It started with one simple cup in our own kitchen.
Cup-Bap was the very first grocery product we ever made — and today, it’s something you can enjoy beyond our café and store, right here in our local community.
When we say locally made, we don’t mean a label.
We mean real food being cooked in Armstrong, by people who live here, for people who live here.
When you choose locally made food, your money stays closer to home. Instead of leaving the community, it helps support local kitchens, local jobs, and the people behind the food.
As we grow busier and bigger, that growth stays in Armstrong — creating more work, more opportunities,
and a stronger local food community.
We’ve also started to notice something meaningful.
More people from nearby communities like Enderby and Vernon are stopping by Armstrong to try our Cup-Bap —
and sometimes just to come by for our fried chicken.
It’s a small reminder that good food travels, and that meals made with care can bring people together.
Our goal has never been to make trendy food or mass-produced meals.
We focus on food that’s simple, satisfying, and made with intention — the kind of meal you actually want to eat again.
One cup. One full meal.
Hearty portions, bold flavours, and no shortcuts.
Alongside Cup-Bap, we’re slowly building out more products, including ice cream, desserts, and drink bases ( we are working on Breakfast wrap and hotdogs wrap!) — always at a pace that lets us keep quality first.
Before anything becomes a product, we ask one question:
“Would we buy this again ourselves?”
The images we’re sharing today show who we are,
what we make, and where you can find our food.
Thank you for choosing local, and for helping keep good food — and good work — in Armstrong.
Proudly Made in Armstrong.
